How long does a switch take?
It depends on size and your current setup. Your adviser gives you a concrete timeline during the initial assessment, and you go live when your organisation is ready.
Who handles the actual migration?
We do. An adviser moves members, teams, payments and relevant history from your current system, and quality-checks everything before you go live.
Can we run both systems for a while?
Yes. Many run both in parallel for a short transition and only shut down the old one once they feel confident.
What does the switch cost?
Transferring and importing data is part of onboarding, which has its own setup fee. After that you pay the regular package price from the day you go live. Everything is agreed before you sign.
What about accounting and history?
If you also move your accounting to Rubic Regnskap, we set up a chart of accounts tailored to sports clubs and associations and transfer open items. You can keep your current accountant or let us take over — whichever you prefer.
