Spond is made for team communication. Rubic covers the whole club: a member register connected to NIF, membership fees, team accounts and accounting – in addition to the app. Many clubs use both.
Is Rubic connected to NIF?
Yes. The member register is integrated with NIF and FIKS, and Rubic is an approved supplier.
How does the team account work?
The club has one account in its books, divided by team. The balance is fetched from the accounts and shown to the team manager in Rubic Connect and Rubic Portal.
How long does it take to get started?
We do most of the migration work for you. You provide the member data, we set up the system, and you get training before you start using it.
