About the trial
What happens after 30 days?
Nothing happens automatically. We have a short chat to hear whether Rubic is right for you. If you say yes, the trial account becomes a regular account with your data and setup intact. If you say no, the account is deactivated — at no cost.
Is there any commitment during the trial period?
No. The trial period is 30 days free with no commitment. If you choose Rubic afterwards, the licence runs for 12 months with annual invoicing — with published prices.
Do we need a credit card?
No. We never ask for card details during the trial period. No automatic billing, no hidden charges.
Do we have to hand over our data if we don't become a customer?
No. Data you have entered during the trial period is yours. If you choose to end it, we export what we have and delete the rest in line with GDPR. Nothing is shared outside Rubic.
Can we extend the trial period?
Yes. If you need more time — for example if your next board meeting is still some way off — your adviser will give you an extension, no questions asked.
How long does it take to get started?
We do most of the migration work for you. You provide the member data, we set up the system, and you get training before you start using it.
