Licence with notice period
12-month licence, or a monthly agreement at a slightly higher price. Cancel no later than 30 days before the period ends.
About pricing and agreements
Is there a setup cost?
Yes, there is an onboarding fee for getting started and setting up the organisation, help with transferring and importing data, and training.
What is the commitment period?
Prices are based on a 12-month licence. A monthly agreement is also available at a slightly higher price. The agreement renews for a new period unless it is terminated in writing no later than 30 days before the period ends.
How much does it cost to accept payments?
Card payments cost 2.5% + NOK 2 per transaction (Vipps + NOK 1). Depending on volume and by agreement, we can negotiate a lower percentage rate with the payment provider. OCR/KID costs NOK 15 per payment and e-invoice NOK 5.
What happens when we switch from another system?
An adviser handles the migration of members, payments and history, and quality-checks everything before you go live.
Can we try it before we commit?
Yes — a 30-day free trial with full access. No credit card required.
Do we have to use the whole platform?
No. Rubic is a modular system. Together with you, we find the right solution.
