Yesterday, Rubic invited its event organiser customers to an informative and educational day at ECIT Fornebu. It was a day full of engaged discussions, exchange of experience and exciting presentations, where the organisers had the opportunity to share insights and learn from each other.
Anders Retterås, lead developer at Rubic, and Lisa-Marie Hovland, head of culture and events, presented the new volunteer management solution “Rubic Organizer”. This system is tailor-made to streamline the organisation of volunteers, which generated great interest among the participants. There were also several other relevant topics on the agenda, which helped make the day very valuable for the participants.
Among those attending were representatives from both the festival and sports sectors, including major players such as Øyafestivalen, Palmesus, Holmenkollen Skifestival, Norway Cup, Lillehammer Olympiaparken, Landsskytterstevnet 2025 Kongsberg, Det frivillig Skyttervesen, Skiforeningen, Norges Gymnastikk- og Turnforbund, Ski-VM Trondheim 2025 and Håndball VM 2025. Bringing together these heavyweights from different sectors created a unique platform for cross-sector collaboration and further development.
