Finago
Sales, settlements and expenses from Rubic are posted automatically in Finago. Approved expenses become supplier invoices, ready for payment.
Delivered in partnership with Iizy
Rubic is connected to Finago (formerly 24SevenOffice) through the integration from Iizy. Sales and settlements from Rubic — membership fees, registrations and anything else you charge for — are fetched automatically and posted in Finago. No more export files, manual data entry or bank reconciliation afterwards.
Expenses take the same route: an expense approved in Rubic is created as a supplier invoice in Finago, ready for payment. For Finago, Iizy supports this entire flow.
The team fund works as a virtual account for each team: balance and transactions are fetched from department and project in the accounts, even though the club uses one shared bank account. That way the team manager can see their own fund without the club having to open accounts for each team.
If you would rather skip the bookkeeping altogether, Rubic Regnskap does it for you together with ECIT.
