A separate team account for each team, managed by the team manager in the app — with automatic posting to the club's accounts and documentation for VAT compensation.
Traditionally, teams have collected money through personal Vipps accounts or cash boxes. That creates tax problems (a private individual holding the club's money), accounting chaos and a total lack of traceability. When a team manager leaves, the history disappears.
With the team fund in Rubic, all payments go into the club's system, each team fund has its own “account” in Rubic, and the money is traceable with receipts — from the first krone to the annual accounts.
Group finances are switched on per group and show the current balance, income, costs, the result for the period and all transactions.
