How often do you get to sit in the same room as a hundred others who run a sports club – and actually have time to talk? On 15–16 October 2026 we are hosting Idrettens dag at Lily Country Club, together with Hoopit. Two days of professional input, inspiration and community for those of you driving sport forward.
Who is Idrettens dag for?
General managers, board members, coaches, volunteer coordinators and anyone else with a role in a sports club. The programme is not a product fair – it’s about everyday life in the club: leadership, sponsorship work, parents in sport and how you develop your club further.
The programme – day 1 (Thursday 15 October)
- 10.00 Welcome
- 10.15 Sponsorship workshop – how grassroots clubs bring in sponsorship money, with Lars Petter Solvik Mongstad
- 12.15 Dad coach – on the coaching role and parents in sport, with John Christian Lundstadsveen
- 13.00 Lunch
- 14.00 Workshop – topic chosen by the participants
- 15.15 Panel debate with three clubs that have taken action
- 16.00 The art of building winning teams, with Roger Finjord
- 18.00 Pre-dinner with suppliers
- 19.00 Dinner and entertainment – stand-up with Andrea Løvland
The programme – day 2 (Friday 16 October)
Day two is set aside for workshops in two sessions, where you work on your club’s own challenges together with clubs in the same situation. We finish with a joint summary and evaluation before lunch, so you’re home in good time on Friday afternoon.
Tickets and registration
There are two ticket types: NOK 2,795 without accommodation and NOK 3,995 with accommodation at Lily Country Club. You can register several people from the same club in one registration – feel free to bring your board chair, general manager and a coach. It’s when several people from the club take part that the days deliver the most value.
Our clear recommendation: secure your places now. Register your club at idrettensdag.no.
Why Rubic is hosting Idrettens dag
Rubic is the membership system for sports clubs that 500+ clubs and associations use every day. We meet clubs through support, at demos and on match days – and we see that the best solutions often come when clubs share experiences with one another. Idrettens dag is our contribution to exactly that. We look forward to seeing you at Lily Country Club in October.
Rubic is part of ECIT.
