Standard solution
Rubic is proud to present Oslo Krets av Norsk Kolonihageforbund as a Rubic customer. This is a customer that suits Rubic very well, since they want to base their solution on a standard solution adapted directly to the customer's needs. They have started using the following modules in our solution: member CRM, mobile app, payments, registration and volunteer management. We have developed a new “My page” and a solution for seniority, as well as further developing our registration solution.
What is an allotment garden?
“An allotment garden is a collection of plots on municipal or private land, in towns or areas close to towns. In Norway, allotment gardens differ from community gardens in that the former have buildings on the plot. An allotment garden is run jointly by the tenants, not unlike a housing co-operative. There is shared responsibility for common areas and shared buildings, but each plot holder runs their own plot, looks after their own cabin and cultivates and plants their own area within the rules established in the allotment garden.”

The system has now launched
“We use the system to announce available allotments that are to be sold to waiting list members, and we recently invoiced 7,500 annual fees to our members, which went very smoothly. We would also like to thank Rubic's team for excellent follow-up throughout the project period and now in the launch phase. This has worked extremely well and in a very positive way. We are confident that this will continue now that we are moving into the operational phase,” says Chair Bente Mogård.
