This week we brought together sports clubs from the Oslo area for the Rubic Tour – a customer and inspiration event for both existing and new Rubic users. It was a very successful gathering with good discussions, useful tips and engagement from the participants.
The day's agenda
- Welcome to the Rubic Tour
- Heming IL, represented by Einar Eide-Fredriksen
- Rubic Sport as an ecosystem for sports clubs
- Rubic Regnskap – tips and tricks
- Rubic modules – what are we working on now?
- Rubic Organizer – volunteer solution for sports clubs
Heming IL shares its experiences
The gathering was opened by Einar Eide-Fredriksen, general manager of Heming IL – Norway's largest sports club. He talked about how the club uses Rubic in its day-to-day operations and why they see Rubic as an important partner. Heming highlighted the breadth of the club and why this time they chose Rubic as their system provider – and they emphasised that they do not regret that choice.
News and future plans
Several sports clubs from the Oslo area came along, both existing customers and those curious to learn more about Rubic.
We went through both Rubic Regnskap and Rubic Organizer, focusing on how the solutions can make everyday life easier for clubs. We also shared some exciting news:
- This winter/Easter we are launching Rubic Event, a new registration module.
- In the new year we will start developing a completely new version of Rubic Medlem – the heart of the Rubic system.
A successful event
It was clear that the participants appreciated both the professional input and the opportunity to share experiences across clubs. The gathering proved a good meeting point, and we are taking many useful suggestions with us.
We would like to thank everyone who took part and look forward to seeing you again at the next Rubic Tour!
An extra big thank you to Einar Eide-Fredriksen and Heming IL, who contributed both a talk and the venue.
