As a customer, you can use the registration module for a range of purposes. If, for example, you are organising an event, a gathering or a meeting, you can easily create a registration form in the module. You can also create a form for joining the association or club, or for different training groups. The registration form can be tailored with different questions for the participant, and you can control details such as price and tracks.
The form is then placed on its own landing page, where you can also take payment on registration. This ensures more efficient operations. If you wish, the form can be made available to selected segments of your members.

With Rubic Medlem you lay the foundation for good communication in your club or association. The member register is the starting point for invoicing and payment overviews, among other things, and with Rubic Medlem you have this information gathered in one place. If you make changes in the member register, this information is automatically updated in the rest of the Rubic system.

Automatic access to the app on registration!
The LagetMitt app suits all organisations with recurring activities. Although the name suggests the app is meant for team sports, today it is also a good tool for friends' associations, choirs, bands, event organisers and organisations in general.
In the app you can easily send out instant messages about where training sessions, rehearsals or volunteer work will take place. Integrated with Rubic Medlem, you keep the member register up to date at all times, and you can seamlessly manage payment of membership fees and registration fees. This cuts out many steps in communication and can save the finance manager or treasurer time-consuming tasks.

A dedicated module for volunteer work
Rubic Funksjonær is our volunteer work module and works as a useful recruitment system. Here you can create your own landing pages with all the information about specific events. You can then share the link to the event with members already in the register, former volunteers or new contacts. That way you keep track of which enthusiasts are available and when.
