We have a wide range of customers with many different needs. We took this into account when we designed and developed our digital system for member management. Rubic is made up of four modules with different features. The modules can be purchased together or in smaller packages if your association has more limited needs.

In this article, we take you through all the modules in the Rubic system, so you can more easily work out how the system can be adapted to you and your needs.

Choose the modules you need

Rubic is made up of four modules. The different modules contain different features that either the whole organisation or just parts of it may need. The person responsible for finances, the general manager and the head of the flea market rarely need the same features. By giving everyone access to what their role requires, we avoid confusion for everyone else.

Choose which modules you need, and we'll put together the perfect membership system for you. No more, no less.

Rubic's four modules

To make things easier for our customers, we have divided Rubic into four modules with different functionality. You choose which modules you want to use. If you find it hard to decide which needs to prioritise, we're happy to help you along the way. Why not try Rubic free for 30 days and see how simple and clear it is.

1. Rubic Medlem

Rubic Medlem is the foundation of all our modules. With the member information firmly anchored at the base, you can add modules that suit your organisation's needs. Depending on the needs of your association, organisation or sports club, you can choose whether the member register should be standalone or part of a larger organisational structure. Whatever you choose, all changes, new memberships and cancellations will flow seamlessly between the different registers.

Want to know more about how you can use Rubic in your association? Here we give you useful tips on how to use the Rubic Medlem module to reach your members.

The member register is the organisation's most central tool. This is where you add members and update their contact details. This forms the basis for invoicing and communication. You never need to check whether you've been sent the latest version of the Excel list – the lists are always up to date.

In this module, you will find, among other things,

  • member administration
  • an overview of payments
  • communication solutions

2. Rubic LagetMitt

The LagetMitt app is a good fit for sports clubs and clubs, but it also works perfectly for others who run recurring activities. The app makes it possible to delegate work, such as signing up new members, to group leaders and team managers. It is also a tool for parents and participants themselves. Here you can, among other things, get the latest news on pitch allocation and follow matches when you can't be there in person.

In this module, you will find, among other things,

  • useful tool for team managers
  • communication solutions
  • payment options
  • push notifications

The LagetMitt app was developed in Norway for Norwegian users and is a perfect fit for anyone running recurring activities. Read more about Rubic LagetMitt here.

3. Registration

With Rubic Påmelding, you can create tailored registration forms for your events, and they can be used for everything from gatherings to joining the club or association. Everything is presented as a separate landing page where people can sign up. With this solution, you can also take payment at registration, for more efficient operations.

In this module, you will find, among other things,

  • the option to tailor registration forms
  • payment options
  • creation of a dedicated landing page

Peer Gynt uses Rubic to organise more than 300 volunteers. Read more about their experience of using Rubic here.

4. Rubic Funksjonær

Rubic Funksjonær was developed to manage larger events. Today, it is a versatile module that can be used to organise events large and small, flea markets, tournaments and much more. With this module, volunteers can also sign up for shifts at matches and take on kiosk shifts, and the administration can send out emails with information about where more volunteers are needed. You can also send a registration link to last year's volunteers, new members or the entire member list. Sit back and watch the event take shape.

In this module, you will find, among other things,

  • up-to-date equipment register
  • the option to allocate tasks
  • setting up shift schedules
  • creation of a landing page
  • tailored solutions
