The integration between Rubic's administration tools and Inlet's digital lock management means that members and users can access the sports club's or organisation's premises and resources whenever the organisation itself wants them to have access. This is easily done, as users can now open doors directly from the Rubic Connect app.
This reduces both the risk of unauthorised use and the need for physical keys, which are often expensive and hard to keep track of.
Full control – directly from your phone
With the Rubic Connect app, users can open doors using their mobile phone, controlled by GPS and booking data. This increases security, since only people who are actually supposed to
be there can open the door – and only when they are physically nearby.
Administrators can adjust access rights as needed, and the system also supports combinations with existing key cards, codes, etc. This provides flexibility for different user groups – from coaches and parents to municipal employees and caretakers.
