Pitch allocation made easy

Football pitch allocation

Forget spreadsheets and rounds of phone calls for every small change. Rubic's pitch allocator imports matches from NFF and sends your changes as push notifications to everyone involved.

Forget Excel spreadsheets and rounds of phone calls for every little change. With Rubic's pitch allocator you can import matches from NFF, and the changes you make are sent as push notifications to everyone involved.

We were looking for a web-based pitch allocator so we could stop fiddling with manual updates in Excel, never knowing which version was the latest and most up to date. With 32 football teams and 27 handball teams, we struggled to show what was available, especially when changes happened quickly.

Now we can free up pitches for extra training sessions, and we have dynamic allocation and a far better overview.

App and browser

Training sessions and matches have to be planned, pitches have to be booked, and parents, coaches and opposing teams have to be kept up to date on changes. As a pitch allocator, you are probably very familiar with these challenges.

Covid-19: Digital registration solution for sports clubs

Rubic's LagetMitt, which can be used both as an app and in a browser, gives you an overview of all teams with the built-in pitch allocation. Here you can set up regular training sessions, make quick changes, allocate resources across pitches and halls, and plan. All in one place.

All in one place – saves time

Nore Neset IL is based in Os in Bjørnafjorden municipality and has 750 members aged from 6 up to senior level. They have used Rubic's membership systems since 2019.

Initially we were looking for a simpler way to get an overview of how our pitches are used, but quickly saw that everything is connected, and switched to using the whole system. That way the membership system, pitch allocation and communication are connected, and we have everything in one place. A much more cohesive system that saves us a lot of time and gives a far better overview.

Integrated with Fiks and TurneringsAdmin

The pitch allocator is integrated with Fiks fotball – the Football Association's own match application – and supports importing match lists exported from TurneringsAdmin. This gives you a full overview of training sessions, matches, cups and tournaments in one and the same place. It makes planning easier, while parents can keep up to date on all their children's activities.

It also picks up all changes, so we in the administration can handle the change quickly, free up pitches and notify coaches, players, parents and guardians and opponents. They both get push notifications and can follow along on websites. It makes the whole thing more dynamic, continues Hesthamar.

A dynamic organisation with genuine interest

Rubic develops its systems continuously, often based on feedback from users.

We are very satisfied, but we keep having new requests, which we send to Rune, Anders or support. Rubic is a dynamic organisation that is very responsive to input. They have probably made ten changes just for us. It is clear that they are part of sport themselves, have faced the same challenges and show a genuine interest. They know what it is all about.
