Reliable and efficient support is essential for delivering good customer experiences. At Rubic, support and customer satisfaction are always the highest priority.
We interviewed Åse Marita Høitomt, account manager who joined us in January, and support staff Helene Kolloen Bonde and Sander Mathisen Formo to find out how Rubic puts customers first.
Support at the centre
Sander Formo has been an apprentice at Rubic for two years and has worked in support the whole time. He describes his learning process as different from many other places, as he has constantly had to jump into new and challenging situations.
- Having broad knowledge of several systems is necessary to provide good support. At the same time, this makes the job exciting and never boring.

Learning and opportunities for growth
Helene Kolloen Bonde has been an apprentice at Rubic for as long as Sander. She describes the work as great fun and very educational, especially when it comes to technical and service-focused tasks. Being thrown into large and challenging tasks has given her the opportunity to develop and learn a lot.

General manager and new hire
Åse Marita Høitomt is Rubic's newly hired account manager at the customer centre. She brings valuable experience from Lillehammer Kvinnefotballklubb, where she was employed as general manager. The club has used Rubic's membership system for many years, so Høitomt knows the system very well as an administrator. Useful experience to bring to the position she now holds.
I saw that Rubic was looking for a new account manager and decided to apply. What really caught my interest was the effective tool that I myself had benefited so much from in my previous job. As well as Rubic's continuous development and the young, inclusive working environment.
Broad experience
Høitomt brings with her an education in sports administration and experience from both NISO and Lillehammer Municipality's parks and sports department, before she started at the football club.
- At LKFK I had very varied tasks, which included everything from finances and marketing to organising volunteer work, pitch allocation and events, in addition to being the club's contact person. Through this experience I have got to know a lot of people, built up a large network and gained valuable insight into the sports community. It is incredibly rewarding to work so closely with sport.
Høitomt is mum to two little boys, which probably takes up much of her free time. But she also finds time for other things:
- In my free time I most enjoy physical activity and getting out into nature, and of course following our two little boys in whatever they are interested in. In recent years I have also taken up sewing, and I love the combination of the creative and the productive.
A good, strong team
Høitomt started at Rubic in January and is now well established in the job. Her broad expertise comes in very handy in her work.
- The work is exciting and I have great colleagues. Together with Helene and Sander, we make a good, strong team and have a really nice time together at work.
Rubic is delighted to have her on board and looks forward to drawing on her experience and commitment to drive Rubic further towards success.
