Full control over who referees what
Rubic's referee module makes the referee coordinator's job easier. With simple filtering rules, the referee coordinator handles the matches that require a club referee! Refereeing assignments can be allocated directly, or opened up for “first come, first served” registration.
The referee in question is added to the match activity, which is already available to the coach and team manager in Rubic Connect. This simplifies the flow of information, and contact details are made available via the app.
The module also integrates with match import via TurneringsAdmin and FIKS, which means matches are brought in automatically. No manual registration, no duplicated work.
One click to submit the referee invoice
We are now launching “one-click” referee payment!
Once the refereeing assignment is done, the referee simply opens the app and submits the invoice with a single click. The invoice is already linked to the assignment in question, and all the necessary information is in place.
This is a big improvement compared with traditional solutions, where referees often had to fill in paper forms, send e-mails or wait for someone to remember to follow up.
Approval and on to accounting – automatically
Once the referee has submitted the invoice, it goes for approval to the referee coordinator, or to whoever is set up as approver in the system. The approver has a clear overview and can process invoices quickly, without anything having to be printed or filed manually.
Once approved, the voucher is sent automatically to the club's accounting system. The referee invoice is then correctly booked and ready for payout – without the treasurer or administration having to make manual entries.
More time for sport – less time on administration

Time spent on administration is time taken away from recruitment, mentoring, development and everything else that brings the club to life.
