More than 900 volunteers have to be coordinated and organised across 3 different venues. That makes it important to have a well-functioning tool like Rubic's volunteer management system, which makes it easy to communicate with and organise the volunteers. ParaVM has used Rubic's volunteer management system for recruitment, registration and planning of volunteer shifts.
In addition, the focus is on accreditation and contact tracing for 1,500 people. Rubic's accreditation feature makes it easy to keep track of who is where and who should have access to the different areas of the venues. Together with Safespot, we are providing a contact tracing system during the event. Rubic also has an integration with FIS's system for participants, support staff and other roles.
An app for volunteers with a communication platform, shift overview, accreditation and contact tracing.
The newly launched Rubic Connect app is actively used by both the organisers and the volunteers. In the app, volunteers get an overview of their shifts with the related information. Those in charge can easily communicate via group messages and find the contact details they need for the volunteers. The app also has a news feed where important messages and status updates can easily be posted, with the option to upload photos as well.
We at Rubic are proud to have the honour of delivering a complete volunteer management system for the first ParaVM in history!
