In connection with the reopening of activities after the pandemic outbreak, the Norwegian Government, Norges Idrettsforbund and several national federations have all set requirements for registering athletes, coaching staff, referees and spectators in all sports clubs – particularly in connection with matches. That makes it important to have a good system that handles this easily. A system that works just as well for event organisers, national federations and associations.

Perfect if you want to offer registration for an event – and often absolutely necessary to control how many people attend. Take payment in advance and you will run things more efficiently. The system supports free events, single prices and pricing per track.
The module can be used for everything from registration and payment for training camps or meetings to registration for training groups or segments of members.
Registration forms can be tailored with, among other things, questions for participants, prices and tracks. All of this is presented on a dedicated landing page created for the registration.

The module is part of the LagetMitt app. It is structured on three levels so that you can look up the relevant activity from the home screen using the name of the organising club or an activity code. It has been developed in close cooperation and dialogue with clubs that already use Rubic's systems.

This year is financially challenging for many. With a system that easily handles membership fees, it is far easier to collect the money and therefore achieve a steadier cash flow. Invoices are easy to send and even easier to pay with a couple of taps in each person's app, where members also have a full overview of previous invoices.
In the app, you can also edit your own and your family members' information yourself. There you can sign up for events run by the organisation – and not least volunteer work. And register a payment card from which the membership fee is automatically deducted.
