Storhamar Fotball has more than 700 members and depends on good routines. They previously used a different system. Asked what improved with Rubic, Hanne Kampenhøy, leisure coordinator at Storhamar Fotball, says this:

How Storhamar Fotball does it
At the start of the year, Storhamar Fotball sends out confirmation of membership and an invoice for the membership fee and training fee. Follow-up is done now and then, when there is time. When Hanne and the others working in administration log on to the PC and open the member register, they also see the payment status. They can view the complete member list or split it by section and team. They can easily choose which view they want to see.
– With Rubic it is easy to get an overview of who has paid and who hasn't, says Hanne Kampenhøy. Invoices that have been paid are marked green, and those that haven't are marked red. It is easy to send out reminders. How often we do it varies.
– When it comes to members who don't pay, we have tended to call them up and ask a little about why they haven't paid. There are many reasons, and then we have to try to resolve it in the best possible way. We usually do this towards the end of the season.
The job is done with just a few clicks
Making it easy to get an overview and easy to send out invoices and reminders is one of the things Rubic is good at. The member register, Rubic Medlem, has a range of parameters. You can choose which ones you want to see, and you can add and change them. The people working in administration see all of this on the PC screen in front of them. Adding, changing, getting an overview and carrying out tasks is done with just a few clicks. For example, Hanne can go into her member register and check the payment status for the full member list. Or she can choose by team or section.
– Another simple task for us is the payment itself. We have chosen to allow card payment only. Not everyone is equally keen on paying by card, but it is a matter of habit. And everyone can see how easy it is. Rubic's good solutions and our choices have made working with the finances straightforward. We are in control. If something hasn't been done, it is because of our own priorities, says Hanne Kampenhøy at Storhamar Fotball.
