Rubic Medlem is approved by Norges Idrettsforbund (NIF) as a membership system, and the integration is seamless. This is the first requirement and absolutely essential for all clubs affiliated with NIF.

Rubic Connect – “Everything in one place, right in your pocket!”
During 2022, the Rubic Connect app will replace the LagetMitt app. It will contain all the functionality found in LagetMitt, plus much more. We have focused on user experience and ease of use, with good, simple features.
In the vast majority of sports clubs, there are fewer pitches and resources than there are teams. This means that training does not necessarily take place at the same time and in the same place every single week. This often causes a lot of frustration for coaches, participants and parents.
With Rubic Connect, you get all the information you need in one place, integrated with the member register. It is easy to check training times and locations, and you get a push notification on your phone if there are last-minute changes.
With Rubic Connect, the person allocating pitch time can no longer move a training session without everyone being told. All changes are immediately notified to everyone who needs to know about them. Being able to communicate quickly with everyone has made everyday life much easier. LagetMitt is fully integrated with the entire membership system, so all information about both athletes and coaching staff is always up to date.
Rubic was developed as a mobile app from the start, which means the system is adapted to mobile phones and to users' reality and needs.

My Page
All members get their own page where they can update information about themselves and their family, and where they also have an overview of their payments. Via My Page, members can also sign up for events, volunteer work (dugnad) and more.
Simple administration
Rubic is set up so that the coaching staff of each team update their team with athletes, parents and guardians and various roles. They enter this themselves. The information is instantly updated in the central membership system.
It is the coaching staff who know who the athletes and parents and guardians are, and who is part of the coaching staff. Instead of reporting changes to the club administration, the coaching staff themselves keep the overview of athletes/players and coaching staff up to date.
Communication:
In our app, members can communicate both in groups and one-to-one. The association can flexibly set up communication groups, or communicate with everyone. You can also send push notifications to members if there is something important you want to tell them. Through a simple news feed, like the one you know from Facebook, members keep up with the most important news.
Activity overview with sign-up and cancellation:
Registration for activities with attendance tracking. As a family, you can easily keep track of the week's activities in the app. As a coach or member of the coaching staff, you always have a full overview of activities and attendance.
Pitch allocator
The pitch allocator is a very popular tool – its big advantage is that you can put away the Excel spreadsheets. Most sports clubs and associations have several resources, such as clubhouses, arenas and pitches, that need to be allocated or booked. For whoever is responsible for allocating these resources, this is a puzzle that constantly needs solving. Our facility calendar also integrates with FIKS, so matches go straight onto the right pitch. You can easily set up recurring activities – for example, if an activity runs every Monday for 2 months, it can be entered and linked to a group.
Police certificate
Everyone in the coaching staff is registered in Rubic Connect. Whether they have presented an approved police certificate is, naturally, part of this information. The date the police certificate was approved is recorded. The system is flexible, and each sports club decides how long a certificate should be shown as valid.
Referee assignment
Get an overview of the club's referees and assign referees to matches. Referees can sign up for refereeing assignments on available matches in Rubic Connect themselves, receive notifications about matches they have been assigned to and report when they cannot attend an assignment.
Volunteer management:
Make volunteer work easy: get an overview of the volunteers and the planned volunteer work (dugnad) in the club, and get people to sign up. The volunteer system is integrated with Rubic's membership system, which means you always have up-to-date contact information close at hand.

Rubic's membership system gives the general manager all the information about each individual member. A good member register is money saved and money earned. When membership fees and training fees are due, payment reminders can be sent out automatically. You also decide how payment should be made. Rubic has every payment solution you can think of, including Vipps, card and eFaktura.
